Summer Camp Plans To Be Announced Equestrian Outreach Summer Horse Camp Overview
In our Equestrian Outreach Summer Horse Camp program, as with all of our programs, safety is the single most important element. There are three permanent riding instructors and multiple guest instructors, who teach the campers how to safely handle, tack, and ride their horse “from the ground up”. Equestrian Outreach programs including summer camp instruct students using Classic (English) riding disciplines. The term ground up instruction refers to all aspects of horse handling and riding such as handling, feeding, grooming, tacking, and riding. When the students riding skills allow for it we schedule trail rides in and around the ample wooded riding trails in the Lake Helen, FL area under the supervision of their instructors.
